About the Conclave

Frontier science meets digital innovation

NIELIT Bio-AI Conclave 2026 (NBioAI2026) is envisaged as a high-level two-day scientific conclave bringing together academicians, researchers, government institutions, industry representatives, healthcare professionals, startups, innovators, NGOs, and students to explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence, bioinformatics, computational biology, and digital research infrastructure in advancing the life sciences.

The programme will feature keynote lectures, expert panels, invited talks, industry interactions, and research poster presentations, providing a platform for scientific exchange, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. An India-centric Bio-AI roadmap will also be explored, focusing on research priorities, emerging technologies, capacity building, and translation of innovation into impactful applications.

As pre-conference activities, the event will include five workshops on emerging Bioinformatics areas, a Bio-AI Hackathon for postgraduate and doctoral students, and a Bio-AI Project Competition for Class X–XII students.

A dedicated Bio-AI Innovation Showcase will provide complimentary space to relevant industries, startups, NGOs, government organisations, and research institutions to showcase their technologies, products, research, and innovative solutions.
